Hello,

I am looking for a copy of the referenced documents posted on an Ancestry dot com site (see attached).  The German Knopf Family immigrated from Polish Russia leaving Hamburg in 1892 to arrive in Montreal.  They are listed in the 1900 Census in McClennan Co., Waco, TX; and, there is an indication they immigrated to the US in 1896. I have not been able to find information as to where and when they passed from Canada into the US.

Friedrich (may be spelled Fredrick on US documents) August Knopf born 1845 in Germany is my husband’s great grandfather.  I’m hoping the information in the naturalization records will provide helpful information to cross reference with the ships manifest as to names and ages of children.

Copies of the naturalization records would first choice but if not available (I signed up to use the District Clerk’s database but could not find naturalization records) information from the Genealogical periodical “The Family Tree” would hopefully provide beneficial information.

If you can tell me where and how to get this information, I would appreciate it very much.  I am willing to pay for time and material copied.
